balsamic vinegar
salad ingredients of your choice
salad dressing of your choice
Method: Marinate ostrich biltong overnight in Balsamic vinegar. Allow 30 g biltong per person. Decorate
platter with salad ingredients. Arrange marinated biltong on top and serve.
