SMOKED OSTRICH FILLET SALAD

Enough for 2 people

Ingredients:

  • 125 g KLEIN KAROO Smoked Ostrich Fillet
  • salad ingredients of your choice
  • salad dressing of your choice

Method: Decorate platter with salad ingredients. Arrange smoked ostrich fillets on top and serve. Allow 3 fillets per person.




OSTRICH BILTONG SALAD

Six portions

Ingredients:

  • 180 g KLEIN KAROO Ostrich Biltong
  • balsamic vinegar
  • salad ingredients of your choice
  • salad dressing of your choice

Method: Marinate ostrich biltong overnight in Balsamic vinegar. Allow 30 g biltong per person. Decorate platter with salad ingredients. Arrange marinated biltong on top and serve.
