 Ostrich products in Moscow18 January 2007 
It seems that there is a growing awareness of ostriches in various countries. Apart from the already established ostrich industries in Europe, Australia, Israel, the United States and elsewhere, the industry also took hold in countries such as the Ukraine, Latvia, Poland and Russia.
As regards Russia, ostrich products were featured at the recent "Consumer Expo" in January 2007 in Moscow and the company SAAJ was quite prominent.
